Dr. Cicorelli is great. Most thorough and holistic dentist I've ever had. You can feel the passion she has for her job. Also it was the least pushy dental appointment I've ever had. There wasn't any trying to upsell or anything. She also didn't shoot unnecessary xrays just because insurance would pay for them. She was very attentive and really explained and showed me pictures of what she was treating. Highly recommended.

My hygienist treated me professionally and gave me good guidance....the leader of the pack, my dentist, is caring, knowledgeable, and a fine dentist. I am privileged to be a patient in the Cicorelli office. Thank you to each and everyone of that staff.

The office was ready for accepting patients during Covid, with all the proper procedures in place. I will miss my retired hygienist, but the replacement was very nice, and as thorough as you would expect at Cicorelli’s. I felt completely comfortable in their care !

From walking in the door and "signing" in for my appt with Ava, it was another positive experience! And with my ancient history of poor experiences I am blessed to have found you all. Ava did her usual great job and made me comfortable, Dr. C gave me her usual warm and welcoming hello, and did her exam thoroughly. Best medicine for me was that when i asked her to keep me in prayer for the current eye situation, she responded immediately and gave me a scripture verse to bring home. Her prayer and the verse are a source of comfort and strength. Signing out went smoothly and again done professionally in a warm manner. I have always had a great experience at Cicorelli. I was transferred, by my dentist, to this practice, and the transfer was seamless. The staff is always very welcoming, and approachable.

It is a nice experience to visit every 6 months! Everyone is so nice it almost is pleasurable having my teeth cleaned!

The doctor is very nice and personable. She takes the time and has a nice chair side manor. She cares. She will talk on the phone with you if needed if there is a concern. The staff is also nice. Especially the hygienists. I feel they are just as important as the doctor and I like all of them. Very professional and care about you and your teeth.

Mary Kay has been my hygienist for several years. She has always been friendly, shows an interest in me and my family. She has always been meticulous in her work and is aware of my comfort level. Mary Kay is a real asset to the practice. I am very happy with the doctors and the all the staff.

The team got me in on short notice to assess two (2) broken teeth (my bad). With a holiday looming, that in itself was a blessing. Michelle & Kathi must fully understand what a baby I am..... Jackie got me settled in , and Dr Tibbetts came in to assess the situation. This was my first time seeing him, and I found him very calm, putting me perfectly at ease, describing the situation to me and indicating that he could fix them both, during this appointment! Dr Tibbetts and Jackie worked thru lunch on an unscheduled appointment, repairing the broken composite on one tooth, and prepping and installing a temp crown on the tooth with the broken crown. I cannot thank Dr Tibbetts and the staff enough for their care in accommodating me, and being able to actually repair the mess I created. That’s why I come here. I’m so appreciative, God Bless them all.

I have been a long time patient at Dr. C’s practice. Very excellent dental care, compassion and caring. It is not convenient since moving, but I make the trip because of the excellent service.

Dr, Cicorelli took the time to make sure that I was totally comfortable before starting the procedure and that the tooth was perfectly repaired. Basically it was for a 6 mos. check-up and cleaning. I was sorry to learn Dr. Mary had left the practice, but I understand why she went. It was upsetting to learn I need both a root canal and a crown. These are very expensive. I really wish your practice would consider some type of a discount for older patients who have no dental coverage.

I had a couple fillings replaced during my appointment and I am a very nervous patient. The doctor was professional and did a wonderful job making me comfortable throughout the entire process. No pain during the procedure and a speedy recovery with minimal soreness!
